Filter coffee roasted for flavour and clarity
Filter coffee allows the unique characteristics of a coffee to shine. Our filter coffees are roasted with a lighter to medium profile to emphasise balance, acidity and sweetness, making them ideal for slower brewing methods that reward precision and attention.
Each coffee is carefully selected, roasted and tasted to ensure it performs consistently and delivers clean, expressive flavours in the cup.
Single origin filter coffees
Our filter range focuses primarily on single origin coffees, chosen to showcase the flavour potential of individual farms, regions and processing methods.
You can expect tasting notes that range from bright and fruity to sweet and chocolatey, depending on origin and harvest. Each coffee tells a story of where it comes from and how it was produced.
How to brew our filter coffee
Our filter coffee beans are well suited to:
- V60 and other pour-over brewers
- Batch brew machines
- Cafetières (French press)
- Clever Dripper and similar brewers
We include recommended brewing guidance with each coffee to help you dial in your recipe and get the best results at home
