Light roast blend of washed and natural coffees from Africa and Latin America, blended to be bright, sweet, fruity and funky. This is a lighter roast with a medium body, high sweetness and acidity and tasting notes of lemon, berries and stone fruits, with a tropical fruit finish.

The journey through Speciality Coffee takes many paths, but for a lot of people, the first time they taste a light roast espresso is a landmark moment for them, unforgettable and the moment they realised how much more there is to taste in coffee. It certainly was for me.

Fjødr (not the right letters, but as close as I can get) is taken from the Old Norse word for Feather, and this is my lightest, brightest roast. A blend, which will change with the availability of coffee, composed of coffees from all over the world, but which will always feature great coffees from Central and/or South America, and also from Africa.
