Decaffeination methods
We work with trusted decaffeination partners who use gentle processes to remove caffeine while preserving flavour. Currently all our coffees are decaffeinated using the Sugarcane process, using a byproduct of fermented sugarcane.
Each decaf coffee is carefully assessed by our import partners after processing to ensure it meets our quality standards before roasting
