Delivery Policy

At Danelaw Coffee, we roast and dispatch your coffee as quickly as possible so it reaches you at its freshest.

UK Delivery

We currently deliver throughout the United Kingdom using Royal Mail and DPD.

Delivery Charges

- Orders under £50: £5.25

- Orders of £50 or more: FREE UK delivery

The most suitable courier will be selected based on the size, weight and destination of your order.

Dispatch Times

We aim to dispatch all in-stock orders within 1–2 working days.

Orders placed after our daily cut-off, at weekends or on Bank Holidays will be processed on the next working day.

During particularly busy periods, such as Christmas or promotional events, dispatch may take slightly longer, but we'll always do our best to get your order on its way as quickly as possible.

Delivery Times

Once dispatched, delivery is typically:

- Royal Mail: 1–3 working days

- DPD: Usually the next working day for most mainland UK addresses

Delivery times are estimates and may occasionally vary due to factors outside our control.

Order Tracking

Where a tracked service is used, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details as soon as your order has been dispatched.

Delivery Addresses

Please ensure your delivery address is correct before completing your order. We cannot accept responsibility for delays or additional costs caused by incorrect or incomplete address information.

Lost or Damaged Parcels

If your order arrives damaged, or you believe it has been lost in transit, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and any relevant photographs. We'll work with Royal Mail or DPD to resolve the issue quickly.
