Singularity is the point where everything else falls away.
A moment of focus. Clarity. Concentration.
Turn down the radio, dim the lights and give this coffee your attention. Singularity rewards a little care, both in the brewing and in the drinking.
It is a lighter roast, single-origin Colombian decaf, made from washed process coffee and chosen for its clean, articulate flavour.
Expect lemon, milk chocolate and white sugar, with lively acidity and a sweetness that becomes clearer as the cup cools.
Singularity exists for people who want decaf to be every bit as interesting and precise as the speciality coffee they would choose with caffeine. No hiding behind roast. No need for milk to make it work. Just a really good coffee, decaffeinated.
Take your time with it. Let the flavours concentrate, then open up across the cup.
Eventually the universe will start moving again, the distractions will creep back in and time will speed up.
For now, though, there is only the coffee.
