The question I kept getting asked was: "That fruity coffee was amazing — what do you mean you won't be getting it in again?" Red Panda is my answer to that. A fruit-first blend, available all year round, built for people who want vibrancy and brightness in every cup.

It's a light roast blend of 100% Specialty Arabica, layered deliberately. A milk chocolatey base provides body and sweetness; a heart of around 40% super natural coffees brings the tropical fruit punch; and a zingy, exotic top layer — something wild and fresh, which shifts seasonally — gives it that unmistakable brightness. The result is a cup that's lively, complex, and genuinely fun to drink.

Red Panda shines as a filter — a V60 or Aeropress will bring out the full fruit and brightness. It also works beautifully as an espresso, and with milk it becomes something tropical and sweet that's hard to put down.
