Colombia Villamaria Natural

A sweet and juicy Colombian natural from Villamaría, Caldas. Caturra, Colombia and Castillo varietals, naturally processed, with tasting notes of cherry, chocolate and soft tropical fruit.

Rwanda Rwamatamu Fully Washed

Red Bourbon varietal arabica, grown at 1800-2000masl, carefully hand-picked to harvest only the ripest cherries before being pulped, fully washed and dried. This is roasted to a medium-light degree. This coffee has high sweetness and acidity with tasting notes of orange, peach, plum and redcurrant

Brasil Mata de Minas Natural

Mixed varietals, grown at 950-1400masl are separated by density before being moved to raised drying beds. For the first two days, the layers are kept thicker to encourage natural fermentation of the fruit. Once moisture levels drop, the layers are thinned and the beds covered, allowing for a slow, even drying over a further ten days. This is roasted to a medium-light colour. This coffee has high sweetness and low acidity; with tasting notes of macadamia, toffee, apple and milk chocolate.

Colombia Popayán Reserve Washed

Colombia, Castillo, Caturra, Catimor and Typica varietal arabica grown at1500-2070 masl. Coffee from 65 local farmers is pulped, washed and dried then assessed based on quality and premiums of up to 20% are paid for particularly special lots. This coffee is perfectly balanced, with tasting notes of Milk Chocolate, Caramel, Red Apple, Floral
